We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:
Rental services and credit checks – credit checks via CreditSafe.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest and legal compliance assessments.
Systems: Onlet, SuperOffice.
GPS tracking – machines equipped with GPS via Trackunit.
Retention period: 6 months.
Processing of personal data in our CRM:
Contact enquiries – name, phone number, email address, and the content of enquiries.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
Newsletters and marketing – contact details.
Legal basis: Consent or an existing customer relationship.
System: SuperOffice.

2. Use of cookies

Some of our data processors and analytics tools, such as Google and Meta (Facebook), may transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, we ensure that transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, for example by using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
4. Retention period
We store personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose, or as required by law. Examples:
Enquiries submitted via the website: up to 30 days
GPS data: 6 months
Financial data: in accordance with the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act
