Machine Certification
We offer certification of used construction machines that are handled at our Service Centre in Vikersund. Each certification at Rental Group is carried out by our skilled employees with approved training.

Damage Centre
Major damage to used construction machines is handled by us prior to sale. If you as a customer wish to correct minor dents, carry out rust treatment, surface treatment or address other cosmetic issues, this can be done through our Damage Centre.

Sandblasting
For used machines that are prepared at our Service Centre in Vikersund, we offer sandblasting as part of the services provided at our Damage Centre. Sandblasting is an effective method for cleaning surfaces and is used to remove rust, paint and dirt before further treatment such as painting or welding.
We use steel grit of quality G80 to ensure thorough and even surface treatment. The sandblasting facility is part of our Damage Centre and is certified in accordance with NS EN 1090, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. We have a spacious sandblasting hall that enables us to handle both large and complex assignments. This means we can offer sandblasting of everything from individual components to larger machines and vehicles, tailored to requirements prior to delivery.

Welding
We carry out certified welding and metal fabrication for repair, reinforcement and modification of machines and equipment at our Service Centre in Vikersund. The work is performed in our ISO-certified welding workshop by experienced professionals.
RG Steel and Welding is certified according to NS EN 1090-2 in execution class EXC3 and NS EN ISO 3834-2. Our welding coordinator ensures quality and safe execution throughout all stages of production. In addition, we offer sandblasting, glass blasting and painting, as well as galvanizing and metallizing.

Painting
For used machines that are prepared in Norway, we offer professional painting through our Damage Centre in Vikersund. We paint tractors, construction machines and trucks, and adapt the process to the machine type, area of use and desired finish.
Our paint hall is equipped with three separate paint systems, allowing the painting process to be adapted as required. The result is a durable and long-lasting surface, regardless of brand. We use recognized industrial products and offer various gloss levels and color codes upon request. The paint facility is part of our Damage Centre and is certified in accordance with NS EN 1090 for surface treatment, ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management.

Profiling and Signage
Would you like your company logo on a machine purchased from us? We offer customer profiling for your machine. Our Service Centre in Vikersund has dedicated staff and a decal printer and handles everything related to decals, warning markings, signage and more.

Machine Transport
Our transport department in Vikersund has extensive experience in machine transport and handles the movement of large machines and complex transport assignments throughout Norway. With our own drivers, strong technical expertise and the right equipment, we ensure safe and efficient transport, also to and from demanding locations. We manage the entire process, including applications for permits and the need for escort vehicles. In addition, we assist with machine transport outside Norway through our network of cooperation partners.
